Julia Agosti

Julia is a designer who is intrigued by simple and sophisticated design. She loves to experiment with typefaces and colour to create harmonious outcomes. Being driven by a passion of design has allowed her to create a profound perspective of the world and all of its intricacies. Julia is constantly intrigued by the ability to create new designs that have never existed before.
The Black Marble is a data visualisation depicting the way in which Earths anthropogenic night lights provide an illuminating insight into human activity and the changing landscape of the world. The publication, alongside a poster and an index, has been designed to allow the reader to reflect on their presence within the familiar 'black marble'. Stream is a coding resource for both teachers and students. The established identity explores minimalism and the relationship between typography and colours. Brackets is the main visual language used to show that coding is a system constructed of text and symbols.
