2021 has not been an ordinary year. Our expectations have been uprooted, our values challenged and our way of life turned inside out as the pandemic intensified. The climate emergency, long ignored social justice issues and decolonisation have also forced us to face urgent environmental, economic and social challenges.
What better time for visual communication designers to recommit to their role in amplifying, mediating and critiquing this complexity. It is within this context we introduce you to our graduates of 2021. Congratulations to them as we celebrate their resilience, resourcefulness and talent.
